Welcome to the EmployeeConnection login guide! Today, most major companies take advantage of technology to communicate with and provide information to their employees. The Macy’s Corporation (including Bloomingdale’s) accomplishes this using an online portal which they call My In-Site or Employee Connection. From here, employees can access payroll data, benefits, and even position requirements. Since this is a comprehensive site, the login can be a little tricky. However, this guide will lead you through the steps to take to login and the supports that exist if you have problems.
EmployeeConnection Login Steps
There are a variety of ways that you can use to access the Macy’s In-Site login page.
1. Go to the Macy’s Employee Connection homepage.
2. Click on “My In-Site” on the far right of the menu bar.
3. Click the “Sign In” button in the red box on the next page.
4. Enter your 8 digit employee ID and password in the appropriate boxes.
5. Click “Submit” in the red box.
You can also get to the My In-Site sign in screen directly by going to hr.macys.net/insite/common/logon.aspx. Once the login screen opens, proceed as in steps 4 and 5 above.
New employee and first-time users of the Employee Connection system need to register and create a password. You can do this by logging into the Password Manager site.
1. Go to the Macy’s Employee Connection homepage.
2. Click on “My In-Site” on the far right of the menu bar.
3. Click the “Sign In” button in the red box on the next page.
4. Click on the “Forgot password/unlock” link.
5. Enter your employee ID and PIN (either the last 4 digits of your SSN or a number provided by HR at the time of your hire), and click “next”.
6. Follow the instructions to create and confirm your new password.
EmployeeConnection Mobile Login Steps
Currently Macy’s does not have a My In-Site App. However, they make it very easy to use the site with mobile technology. My In-Site is compatible with Apple and Android devices, so you should have no problems if you follow these steps.
- Open the browser on your favorite mobile device.
- Click on “My In-Site” on the far right of the menu bar.
- Click the “Sign In” button in the red box on the next page.
- Enter your 8 digit employee ID and password and click “submit”.
Employee Connection Login Problems
If you forget your password or need to change it for any reason, you can use the site’s Password Manager. Click on the “Forgot password/Unlock” or “Change password” links at the bottom of the login page. From there follow the instructions to complete your transaction. If you have other EmployeeConnection login issues, go to the Employee Connection homepage, and click on the red “Question” link at the bottom of the page.
