The Mosaic organization is a nonprofit agency that provides opportunities and services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. More than 3500 employees carry out the agency’s mission, in 37 locations across ten states in the US. In order to better serve these employees, Mosaic provides the Mosaic employee login online portal to keep everyone informed and connected.

Mosaic Employee Login Steps
Mosaic employees can find all their relevant benefits information in one place. The portal provides access to human resources department news, a communication intranet, and even employee email. To log in to the system, employees should follow these steps:
- Go to the login homepage at www.mymosaicinfo.org.
- Click on Employee Self Service.
- Enter your User ID and Password into the appropriate boxes.
- Click “Sign In”.
If you are a first-time user, go to the login homepage and click on Password Reset Portal. Click on the “User Registration” link, and use the login credentials given to you by the Human Resources department at the time of your hire.
Note: There is an alternative login screen at employee.mosaicco.com. Though the screen looks different, the login process is the same as the one described above. However, this external access site does not provide access to any other Mosaic online services.
Mosaic Employee Mobile Login Steps
There is no mobile app for the Mosaic employee site, but the portal is totally compatible with all Apple and Android devices. This provides employees with convenient access to all the information and tools they need whenever they need it. To log in to the system using mobile technology like a tablet or smartphone, follow the steps below.
- Choose a browser on your favorite mobile device.
- Enter www.mymosaicinfo.org into your browser’s search bar.
- Choose the Employee Self Service option.
- Enter your User ID and Password.
- Tap on the “Sign In” button.
Mosaic Employee Login Problems
There are a few issues that may occur as you navigate the site. If you forget your password, go to the Password Reset Portal. Enter your User Name and Password, and click Login. Provide your email address to receive a link to reset your password.
If you have a number of unsuccessful login attempts, your account may be locked. To unlock it and gain access, click on the Unlock Account link and enter your domain User Name. Click “Continue” and follow the instructions. If you have other issues, contact your Human Resources representative.
