The Sign-In for the My Kohl’s Charge portal is very simple, and requires only two pieces of information. If you are a Kohl’s credit customer, follow these steps to login and get access to your credit account.
- Open the My Kohl’s Charge login screen at credit.kohls.com.
- Enter your User Name (not your email address) and password into the appropriate boxes.
- Click on the “Submit” button.
Before you can use this site, you need to register your account. Scroll down to the Register Now section of the login screen. Enter your 12-digit credit card number and click “Submit”. Follow the instructions to create a User Name and password, and create security questions which will be used if you have login issues in the future.
Kohl’s Charge Account Mobile Login Steps
There is currently no mobile app for the Charge Account portal. However, Kohl’s provides you with instant access at a time convenient for you by designing the site to be totally accessible with any Apple or Android device. - Open the browser on your mobile device.
- Enter credit.kohls.com into your browser’s search bar.

Kohl’s Charge Account Login Problems
You may forget your login credentials from time to time. If you forget your Username, click on the “Forgot Username” link. Enter your Kohl’s credit card number and click “Next”. Answer the security questions to confirm your identity and retrieve your Username.
If you forget your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link. Again, enter your credit card number, this time with the last four digits of your SSN.
